Information collected in the booking form
When you fill in a booking request, the site collects your full name, phone number and email address. These are used to arrange the booking, to send a confirmation or an update, and to get in touch if there is a question about the time you picked.
Where the information goes
- Request details are recorded in an internal Google Sheets spreadsheet belonging to the studio, for tracking and managing bookings.
- Only after the owner approves the request is an event created in Google Calendar for the time held - not before.
- Payment is handled on an external page belonging to the payment provider Grow. Card details are entered there directly; they do not pass through our site and are not stored by us.
The functional cookie
The site writes one cookie, named altayka_locale, and only when you pick a language in the language switcher. It stores that choice for your next visit, for up to a year, and is not used for tracking or advertising.
Analytics
With consent only, the site loads Vercel Analytics - a measurement tool that writes no cookies and does not track you across sites. It collects aggregate usage data, such as page views, so we can see which pages are helping. If you decline, the tool is not loaded at all and no network request is sent.
You can change your decision at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site.
Access, correction and deletion
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, you may ask to see the information held about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
